Giants welcome Dodgers to town
Homestand features: 2002 Giants players bobbleheads, 2002 Giants team reunion and the Junior Giants Stretch Drive
SAN FRANCISCO, CA. — The San Francisco Giants return to AT&T Park for a seven-game homestand against the Los Angeles Dodgers, June 25-27 and the Cincinnati Reds, June 28-July 1.
Tuesday, June 26, Mayor Ed Lee of San Francisco will be in attendance to make a very special presentation to Matt Cain in honor of his perfect game. In addition, Matt and the Giants will present items from his perfect game to Hall of Fame President, Jeff Idelson. The Giants will also celebrate the 55th Anniversary of the last game played at the Polo Grounds, with New York Giants Night at AT&T Park. Special ticket packages include a miniature replica of the old Polo Grounds stadium that was the team’s New York home for many years. Members of the New York Giants Preservation Society will be recognized in a pregame home plate ceremony.-Gary
